Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AstraAudit at www.astralbrain.ai, operated by Astralis Ethics AI Inc. By using AstraAudit, you agree to these Terms.

AstraAudit is a compliance assistance tool, not a law firm. The reports, findings, risk scores, and narratives generated by AstraAudit are for internal HR and legal review and do not constitute legal advice. Consult qualified employment counsel for legal guidance specific to your situation.

Users are solely responsible for their own legal compliance. AstraAudit does not guarantee that a job description passing our scan will be free from legal liability. Regulatory requirements vary by jurisdiction and may change. You remain responsible for ensuring your hiring practices comply with all applicable laws.

Paid risk-review engagements are governed by the scope and terms agreed for that engagement. AstraAudit outputs identify potential risk indicators; they do not constitute legal advice, legal representation, a statutory independent bias audit, or a certification of compliance.

Risk Sweep: paid 100% upfront. You get a full refund if you cancel before work starts, or if we don't deliver within 5 business days of receiving all of your postings. One round of revisions is included.

Monthly Posting Review: billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month, and partial months are not refunded.

AI Hiring Tool Review: 50% due to start, and 50% on delivery.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from AstraAudit or a paid review is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue. AstraAudit does not provide legal advice.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including misuse of the service, submission of malicious content, or fraudulent activity. We will provide notice where reasonably practicable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
